The pelletizing plant of Pasargad Alloyed Steel Industries was established in 2020 with a nominal capacity of 3.4 million tons per year using by ALICE Chalmers process. The iron ore concentrate is mixed according to the defined charging regime and increase blain number through HPGR. Bentonite and lime are added to increase the mechanical strength and metallurgical properties of the pellets. Produced pellets exit the disk after reaching the desired size and are transferred to the next stage through a conveyor belt.
